6pm Dinner
7pm Family Feud
UMW sponsors this fun event for all.
Dinner is at 6pm—soup, cornbread and dessert with the Family Feud at 7pm.
This is open to whole church to attend. However, if you join a team for this event—you’ll have more fun.
We might have teams from Sunday School Classes; UMW versus Macho Men; as well as competition between families.
Enjoy a simple dinner with lots of excitment.
Cheer for your favorite team.
LADIES BUNCO is returning Thursday, September 11th at 7:00. Bunco is a fun dice game that you can play without prior knowledge. So if you have never joined the ladies for bunco night, you might want to go this Thursday night. They meet in the AWESOME building and ask that you bring a small snack. So stop by for a night of good fun and fellowship. Remember "Ladies Only." We meet the second Thursday of each month during the school year.
The sign up sheet is available on the bulletin board in the education wing for the "I've Got Rhythm" Talent show. Please list the movie or song you will be performing or the talent you plan to share. There will also be a Silent Auction and Ice Cream Social to benefit the Choir. This is a fun event for all ages on Sept 7 starting at 6pm.
In just a couple of months, our church will be engaged in a exciting program that I believe can renew and revitalize our congregation. It’s called "Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations," based on the book of the same title by Bishop Robert Schnase of the Missouri Conference.
