New Fundraiser in 2012

Do you recycle? Do you wish more people did? Would you like to help the church?

The church could make money by collecting for recycling: cell phones, laptops, ink jet cartidges, MP3 players, digital (including video) cameras and jewelry.  We need a person to lead this effort to provide publicity, create drop off boxes and then recruit helpers to sort the materials and prepare them for pickup or mailing.

One company that we might use is www.recyclingfundraiser.com.  It has no cost to participate, proviides free marketing material and free shipping.  The price list for items is on their website.  Please contact Jeri Crowley  if you have questions or wish to volunteer.

If you can not lead this effort, you can still help by starting to collect any used electronics during this season in preparation for collection of these items in January.
