Balance and Strength Class
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:45
Join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:45 a.m. for our Balance and Strength Class in the Education Wing classroom. The program is designed for anyone, and a chair is used as a prop. We concentrate on stretching and balance.
Monthly Activities
Second Sunday Social - On the second Sunday of the month, anyone who would like to go to lunch as a group is welcome. Everyone pays their way. Signups will be available monthly at the Welcome Table, but last-minute joiners are welcome. This is a great way to get to know your GSUMC community.
Sewing with a Purpose - This group is taking the summer off.
